Wish I had known about these in February. I had to sleep on a bench on the domestic side. Though the line to get through customs would made getting to my flight difficult. Thankfully I travel carry-on only and have a sleep mask

Hey Jeanett, great video and super helpful. Do they accept cash? If yes, is both acceptable - USD and Vietnamese dong? Secondly, I have same PNR and same terminal and 7 hours of layover so I don't need a transit visa if I am planning to be at the airport and sleep here right?

$7 an hour (USD, I assume?) ... $56 for eight hours? For what you got, that's outrageous. Dropping $20-$30 a night in a nearby conventional 3-Star would've been easily doable with a 10-hour layover. Sorry that Visa thing came up, but, post-COVID, the requirements seem to change often in Southeast Asia.

Hey Jeanett, great vlog. This is exactly what I was looking for. Just to clarify you didn’t need a transit visa in Vietnam because you stayed in the transit area and were there for less than 24 hours right?

Awesome video! Would you say the heat in the room was too much and is there a lock on the door? I’m looking to book a flight with a 14hr layover and hopefully sleep in one of those pods … but I keep seeing reviews on the heat 😅

I went in “winter” the heat was not unbearable. Yes there is a lock.
