Actually can get back into settings but even when i turn wifi off skip button does not light up keeps discovering networks even though wifi is off

Did not work for me could not clear data on lg setup button was not lit up,Wifi was off in settings as instructed but wifi was still on in phone when running through setup wizard even though it was shut off now cannot get back into settings icon through assist
