I personally love to scrub my skin deeply to ensure that I am clean. I don't want to bathe lightly (using hands only and no scrubbing tools) and still have a whole bunch of dirt or residue from outside exposure jumping into my bed with me or being carried around throughout the day. I try my best to bring the moisture back by using various moisturizing products in my after-shower care. But not scrubbing my skin is nonnegotiable; it is a must.

Yes my skin is deeply tanned which I refer to as burnt since my skin is a bit tender. However, I love to scrub my skin deeply to ensure that I am clean. As long as it isn't causing physical pain, I will continue to do so. Also, I wanted to remove all the dead skin off so that my skin layers underneath can breathe and repair. I try my best to bring the moisture back as well during my after shower care.

You should be using a purple shampoo with your blonde hair. It helps maintain the color and tones down the brassiness. Always follow up a clarifying shampoo with a hydrating one. ❤
