it's very bad but there was space the truck driver would have turned the truck earlier before reaching the traffic lights because there was space ,he wouldn't reach the small car if u can watch the video
Thank-you. Look at it critically,he comes all the way and he strategically positions himself toward the small car to the pavement.hmmmmm May God uphold our nation
May his soul rest in peace death is so scary n this life is actually too small we don't have anything it's just a piece of paper he died with a lot of pain 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
The truck failed to brake and in the process of avoiding crushing the front car(that small car)he decided to turn right but unfortunately the behind part of the truck fell on that small car crushing it 😢😢
To prevent the many deadly accidents over vehicle mechanical failures from : - - worn out brakes, alignment, worn out tyres, rust, old shock absorbers, suspension, non functional lights,, and others : - EAC and Uganda must introduce the Laws for - Periodic Vehicle Inspections - to reduce accidents: - To carry out Periodic road safety and emission control inspections on ALL vehicles (inc. Govt.) with the frequency of : - - Every 2 years inspection for private vehicles (up to 3.5 tonnes) and (up to 8 passengers). - Every 1 year (annual) inspection for private vehicles (over 3.5 tonnes) and (over 8 passengers). - Every 1 year (annual) inspection for Commercially used and Public Institutionally used vehicles :- (Government, NGOs, Businesses, Schools, Hospitals, Police, KCCA, Military, Diplomats, etc) that are (up to and over 3.5 tonnes) and (up to and over 8 passengers) example :- (trucks, coaches, trailers, busses, taxis, vans, mini-busses, pickups, cars, bodas, ambulances, etc). - The Laws should include automatic travel ban on vehicles that have not passed the inspections. - Vehicles that pass the inspection, get a Road Worthiness Certificate by a Vehicle Inspection Officer. - And heavy fines, loss of licenses and jail for the drivers and owners that knowingly operate already banned vehicles. - Traffic Police officers and inspecting Vehicle Inspection Officer mechanics that take bribes for allowing banned vehicles should be jailed.
I tell you, yesterday there's a Cameroonian guy who died here but the moment they called the ambulance and the police they came within a few minutes though the rain was raining 😢
Listen to garbage! Vehicle lost control. Traffic lights are too low. Even the lay person can see that problem. Then wonder why those who are in charge of roads can't see this hazard to the road users! It is like Queens Tower where there are no traffic lights in the junction and everyone manoeuvres the way they can manage! 2hrs no assistance!
If it was here in qatar,....it wouldnt take 1hr to remove the vehicles..... so disappointed that no even a single ambulance at the seen or a fire brigade. This shows how the country is preparef to handle such regular emergencies 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
@isaactaremwa5812 Actually an ambulance should stay even nearer than the police car or people, it becomes a priority to save a possible life. So you can't say it not being seen with all that view is an excuse. Doubt how much you have travelled and seen what happens else where in the world. Sorry for the reply

Why can’t these trucks be given night shift only. Azn they shud only move at night , they’re causing unnecessary accidents in Uganda today

Absence of it from the vid doesn’t mean that an Ambulance wasn’t there..
