Turning on your MHM Automatic

These videos are created to teach new users how to operate MHM Automatics. These Austrian designed and construction machines are high-production presses and built-to-last years and years.
Before operating any MHM automatic please read and understand the Owner's Manual for your press. If you need to hire a consultant for training please reach out to SPSI and we can recommend a few MHM experts that provide training services for your staff. Before turning on your machine follow the recommended steps below:
1. Prior to each start-up, any possible defects of the MHM must be rectified by authorized staff.
2. The start-up of the machine must only be carried out by qualified and trained personnel knowing and observing all safety instructions.
3. It must absolutely be ensured that only authorized persons are permitted in the work area of the machine, and that starting the machine will not endanger anybody..
4. The functioning of all safety facilities/devices must be checked.
5. All tools and foreign parts must be removed from the machine prior to its start-up.
6. The operators must be aware of the function and position of all safety devices/facilities.
