We all have a day of awakening which is that moment where we realize where we are in life. Many years ago I sat in a graduate school seminar with a handful of other graduate students. I looked around me at my fellow students and I looked at the professor who had been a wonderful role model for raising the bar and challenging us to be intellectuals and to use our minds. I thought of my grandparents who were cleaning ladies, janitors and coal miners. I realized I got a really good deal and am very fortunate in the life. Bottom line: be grateful even when you hit rock bottom because you are still here and you still can turn things around by having an attitude of gratitude.

    Hardest days in fed:
    - anywhere above low or min security
    - Rdap (it's hard time)
    - getting moved (another facility, shu...)
    - notified of additional case / charges
    - shots / trouble = loss of good time
    - inability to help fam solve problems

Can you do another video on prison conditions? Like Todd Chrisley telling Savannah there is a elderly man who went into seizures because of the excessive heat and no AC. They are saying he has dementia and doesn’t know where he is. Is this wrong for them to call out the BOP? I feel bad for this man.

Justin, what was the total number of days you spent incarcerated and how much would your sentence have been shortened under 1st step act?

15 months, 21 days with good time. 388 days in prison. With FSA I think I do at least four months less.

Why couldn’t you just say my run. Instead my 10 mile run. I know your trying to pump your business but man you did a year which is a blink of an eye. Lots of name drops and the way you talk about things you seem proud to have done time. Very proud. Just my opinion. When you were with the Chrisleys on the pod cast you could of been more critical. You know they stole that money and they wouldn’t care about you if their parents were not in this position. I wish you were more critical and said to her. Things like hey, your parents should’ve came clean hey, I like to be great. The evidence was overwhelming. 12 jurors convicted them. I think you just kissed up to her and it undermines what your doing now. I guess being a criminal does pay because you love being on the air you love this. If it were me I’d of gotten out and gotten a job lived a quiet life you’re making money off the criminal people you work with are criminals and I get it. They are not all bad people, but you could’ve just went off into the sunset but you love the attention you love this is the American dream.
