When I was a small kid I once played Wipeout at some friends house, firestarter from The Prodigy was part of the soundtrack, I still remember how mesmerized I was from that track...Now 25 years later I know why, this kind of music syncs why my brain, it clears the way for my thoughts to go in a straight way.

ADD is the same thing as ADHD,, ADD is the outdated term buut if you mean you have the attention defecit type instead of hyperactive type, then yes, you can describe that as ADD do what you want though lmao i just wanted to let you know ( i have a mix of both ^^)
