Me too! I just uploaded a video from 2002 of me video recording the tv when this played! I just this very moment found this song again. Perhaps we were both watching at the exact same moment.
Same here! I distinctly remember seeing this along with So, The Circus is Back in Town by Cato Salsa Experience on that show. Perhaps the same episode? I ended up buying both those records and still listening to them to this day.

I remember i saw the video on MTV late night back in 2000 on some show Moby used to host.. or maybe it was his show? I just saw someone else commented this..opps
+DEADtoasterOVEN I remember that, show, first time I heard it. Moby did pick the tracks for that episode. I have no idea what show it was, but it sounded like they rotated hosts.

Does anyone know who is the author of this video?
This video was made in Baraka Post Production. Can't remember the name of the director, but actually the whole video was done by Aleksandar Stiglic, with exception of water movements edited by Roy Shephard.
This was edited and post on Jaleo (now called Mistika). 3D was done by Aleksandar as well, that's actually his face wireframe in the video.
The director brought the baby footage. And the missing persons photo, which Aleksandar used to make a long morphs.
So credit goes to artist who did the missing person aging, and director who brought that in.
Aleksandar also shot of the runner at the time called Amy (that's her eye in the footage) and water footage, shot in the sink with video camera.
The scroll of the timeline was perfect matching at first but there was a change in the track in the last moment, so while re-edit followed, there was no time to recreate the conversion of audio to image, which was done on SGI computer.
3D animation was done in maya, including the girl dancing. The 3D girl was made for title sequence pitch for game Gekido.
It reminds me a bit of Nice Dream by Radiohead :-)
