  • we bought this abandoned house from 1963. it sits on 1 acre and is located in the northwest corner of Tennessee.
we plan on doing a full renovation of this house but we might just use a can of gas and a book of matches 😂
don't mind my rambling and dark video footage.
I will be making some better videos in this place in the future.
let me know what you would do with this house in the comments down below.

The bird is a Dove, sitting on a nest I'd guess. The house is a gut job, but when you tear up the floor you can have access to the floor joists and it will make plumbing and electrical much easier. There's always a bright side. Best wishes!

Tear it down an start over.
Once you start the demo process, there's gonna be a wole lot more issues than what you can see just by a walk through like wood rot and foundation issues.
    I'm here for it though.

I just had one demo and hauled off for 5k in alabama. You got septic sewing, water, and power. I would build a few tiny homes. Wish you the best.
Think that bird is sitting on her eggs

I bought 2 cheap antique houses and am working to create one really good one 😂
It’s working out nicely but I probably got lucky as the one I’m parting out has/had some super nice copper sinks/tub, doors etc.
Still … it’s a ton of work that seems endless!

I'm hoping to get some videos out of it.
Will probably demo/guy it down to the studs and see what we are working with.
I think it will be a fun project even if we decide to completely tear down and build new in the end.
Can't wait to start tearing into it 😂

excavator & get 5 40 yard dumpsters. level it throw a slab & away you go. we cleaned up 19 lots last year for alot of modular homes. obviously siding/windows/doors/drywall/flooring/sister the joists/ mud/paint/ window trim sounds like alot imo either way its 40-60k. dumping that much throw another 50k and go new new. 💯 either way my guy ima watch it! hope its all coming together!

Its to gone to save. To much $, to much headache, to much stink, to close tocthe bar. Bulldoze it, build a privacy fence between the properties, build a nicer house farther back on property. Put your time and money building up the land and building a nice home. You can do all that faster then messing with this burn pile. New subbie here.

Oh my! Please get some masks and be careful breathing in all that. If there is a crawl space….I’d have that checked out first. Our soil is very moist here and that causes foundation issues. I think that will answer a lot of your questions. ❤ Also, definitely get a survey before you put a fence or add any additional structures.

I'm going to get some materials tested for asbestos as well before we start to demo and yes we will be wearing full respirators and PPE.
This place will be a can of worms I'm sure.
We still want to get some land on the east side and will definitely reach out to you again when we are ready. Would have been nice to have a buyers agent for this purchase.
Should make for some good RUclips content though lol
