My Favorite Clips On American Trucks, And Their Nice Sound. Trucks: Peterbilt, Kenworth, Mack, Freightliner Mina Favorit Klipp På Amerikanska Lastbilar, Och Deras Trevliga Ljud.
Awesome video. Shame we don't have more of the old US trucks over in the UK, although emission laws would probably prevent it. Makes me want to go watch Smokey and the Bandit again, or Convoy :)
@@RFVideoTrucksMachinesAircrafts Little bit of both, Good thing is that these trucks are out and operating beautifully other places, check out Jamaican truckers. Bad thing, here in US, politicians want to regulate and tax everything, Owner Operators are on the decline, and the corporations are taking over with new automatic trucks, and these older ones are getting fewer and fewer in my area.
Do you mean the sound?, I have an external mic called Røde Videomic Pro, it is not so very expensive, it costs approximately 1995 Swedish crowns, or 223 US dollars, thanks =).
Where are you finding all of these beautiful trucks? Here in CT we only see them for the fanciest or most important of loads or at midnight which is very rare. Its mostly Freightliners and Volvos.
I'm from the south in America this is normal sounds you hear where I'm from. In America if it doesn't sound like this it's not a true American truck. That's man for video i subbed to. Let the deisel roll
Yes I know, but it's not so common with six cylinder sounds in Sweden, we hear more v8 sounds here, but the old Scania and Volvo and American trucks have six cylinder sound =).
It’s weird. Even though they’re American trucks, they still look different/set up different than what you’d see on an American interstate. Gotta come to America to experience these trucks at their best. I am an American truck driver I am privileged to see shined up and stretched out Pete’s and K-dubs on a daily basis.
It's awesome to see you folks across the pond appreciating and driving these lovely rigs as much as we do. I saw a lot of classic iron in this compilation. Take care of those sweet old girls. :)
Yes, it's always nice to see old trucks both Swedish and American trucks, yes there are many nice trucks in the clip, yes they will probably take good care of the trucks =).
@kape 99% of are trucks that you would think are just for show are actually everyday working rigs yes 1% could be trailer hauled to the shows and not worked but very very few
I found myself captivated by the beauty and sound of those trucks ! Nothing more sexy to my ears than a V8 with open pipes and a turbo ! that inhaling sound in the end is music to me !
Such a shame these trucks are much much rarer than porsches or even lamborghinis. I mean I literally saw more lambos than a pete (I live in Germany)... I am 20 years old now and I saw just... perhaps one or two IRL. Ffs

Over fifty years ago a friend of mine designed and built a successful steamer, the lowest emission engine in the world. No smoke, reduced noise able to burn liquids, solids, gasses, high flashpoint fuels, cleanly. Took it to America and the big vehicle builders along with the govt. turned it down. They could not do it so they didn't want it. That is why we are dying with emissions.

Not agree that they are the best ??? Why you don't agree. They are the best, they are reliable and conservative. I worked for many years on these trucks, and never had a problem with them . In your opinion, what are the best?
Who says so? A Swede. Volvo went bankrupt and sold off to the Chinese. Scania went belly up and sold off to Germans. Their poor commercial showing is proof enough that Swedish trucks are obsolete.
@@RFVideoTrucksMachinesAircrafts interesting!! Its all we have down here in the states haha. Wherever I go across the pond and see the Scanias and Mercedes cabovers I am always very intrigued because there are literally zero of those here.
