- In this Mystery Box Challenge, the cooks have 60 minutes to prepare two dishes consisting of smooth and crunchy peanut butter, chocolate, apples, Romanesco cauliflower, miso, Jasmine rice, Sriracha, and a protein chosen by their loved ones.

David literally dominated almost entire season 💀

I agree and yet on episode 6… ham and cheese… what was he thinking? That one almost cost him.

@@TopNoodles Very true. I would too! And yet, a bit too mundane for a chef competition. Ah well, it was not his undoing and he went to win, as we all thought he would. He was too damned good. I still think he’s the most capable Master Chef Canada there was.
The judges were truly wholesome on this one.
My dad always said, "Eat dessert first, that way you know you have room for it." Lol

The 2015 batch have lots of strong home cooks that produced 2 grand winners (the original one in 2015 and the Back To Win season last year) and a contestant who is early eliminated on his original season got his higher podium finish in the Back To Win season last year (almost close to the grand finale).

R.I.P for one of Line's daughters, Chelsea who passed away due to OD last year.

The judges are better. The asian guy is the hardass, but he has a ton of experience to back it up, and he's not afraid to praise people when they deserve it, even early on.
