Hi Mandana, As a first thought, I'd try checking for jaw tension or whether you're holding your breath? High notes are about a steady balance of air flow/support, muscle release (jaw hinge, tongue root), a free larynx (free to tilt to lengthen the vocal cords) and resonance placement. Sorry if that sounds too complicated but there isn't a quick fix! The best way to help your high notes (and all your notes) is to take time working on the areas I mention.
