What’s so wrong about having a period???
It’s natural and normal and should be lauded as a rite of passage , not shamed.
The fact that this little psychoturd is trying to perpetuate this shame, in front of gals who already feel awkward enough as it is, is intentionally hurtful.
The town needs to have a party celebrating this rite of passage. With that cashier guy in the dunk tank.
Ok, let's pipe down on the rite of passage corny bit.😂 As a woman, it wasn't a rite of passage. It was simply a nightmare bleeding all over in white shorts. Then came the horrible cramps. That aside, he is a psychoturd, as you put it, and he wasn't sensitive to their delicate and embarrassing situation. It SHOULDN'T be embarrassing, but it is, especially when it's your first time dealing with it.
I agree with @lovethybunny . I agree that it is natural and no one should be shamed. But it isn't a wonderful thing. Taking a #2 is natural as well, but it isn't glorious. Some natural functions are terrible. We just deal with them as we have to.
Half the human race has this happen to them monthly at some point in their lives. If women didn't do this, he wouldn't be here. He's denigrating half the human race. He has no respect for women, and absolutely no empathy.
@@lovethybunnyI'm a man, and I agree with you. It sounds horrible.
Yup I'm 49 & I stillllll.dont like handing them over to a cashier...NOT because it's shameful but because it's PERSONAL. like condoms or hemorrhoid cream or yeast infection med or anything that is my business that unfortunately a stranger has knowledge of. the father, yes, the other dude didnt have tio be there., he was not even related to this thing. he was just a crack-head who hapenned to be there
Anyone who apologizes by saying "im sorry you feel that way" loses my respect. Not only did this dude make a stupid joke to people in a new and uncomfortable situation, but he couldn't even bother to apologize for his actions.

The fact that the cashier couldn't even take responsibility over what came outta his own mouth by saying, "I'm sorry you feel that way" and then lying by saying that he did apologize when he did NOT in fact apologize or offer any type of remorse for his statement or actions, is absolutely disgusting. He was civil about his direct approach, much respect handling your business and protecting your family
This attitude starts at the top. If the cashier had been trained appropriately, the only thing out his mouth would have been, "I'm sorry, Sir, to you, your wife, and daughters. It won't happen again."
Nope.
Their only concern is training them on using the register and stocking shelves. No one wants to work there; I am sure their turnover rate is horribly high. So, the focus would be on those things vs "proper" treatment of the customers.
No that type of attitude doesn't come from lack of management that comes from home.
“Trained properly”? What do you think they’re supposed to do, give their employees therapy and psych evaluations?? No, attitude and personality are the responsibility of the individual. Retail stores give ethics training, but they can’t change a person’s attitude. We’re not talking about the military where they train people to kill and thus need better management of their personality.
