I remember leaving a comment on one of your videos before the season started, saying that i'm worried that this could end up being our worst season ever. 😂😂 i have never been this happy to be wrong before.

Cucurella’s headed goal reminded me of a goal scored by Ashley Cole back during the Jose era part 1. Winger to full back arriving in the box for a bullet header is a classic Chelsea attack.

To answer your last question first Nina, never in a million years, especially after the follow up game against Servette. I was thinking the Leicester fans who weren't unhappy to see Maresca leave might have been onto something. But for now I am just enjoying the ride, so impressed with the effort put in by all the players against really good opponents. Still can't get over the cross from Noni for the first goal and Nico's run and finish for the second, which is one of his strengths. Looking forward to Thursday night. Hope it's ok to mention, but on our way to the game we came across a new Greek/ Turkish pastrie shop that was having a trial run/social media night and we were given delicious free pastries and a coffee. It's on "Old Gas Works Corner" (1-3 Michael Road) opposite the "Rose" pub. The BAE-kery is owned by a lady from the north of Greece, up by the border with Georgia, who is known as N.C. as her name is difficult for us to pronounce, which I'm sure is something Nina can sympathise with 😁. She is also looking for a barista if anyone is interested!!

Very good, very important win. Most say that Palmer is our best player. Maybe he is the most creative, but Caicedo to me is by far far away is the best. Kante was unbelievable, but Caicedo is even better. Our lives could be so much less stressful if only Jackson could finish easy chances. And he gets lots of them. Good job, Nina

Sancho is playing so well, scored against Spurs and two of his passes lead to penalties. Caicedo and Enzo look transformed under Meresca.

Big 3 points to move us closer to the top! Nina, thanks for the informed breakdown and analysis of the game! It is truly appreciated!
To answer your question... Yes, absolutely! I knew we would be in a title race this year, given how well we played against MC last year and at the beginning of this year!

Chelsea was very much in need of a close fort game that was tight... This toughens up the lads and sets the standards as what is required to win the EPL scudetto...
"The standard" is the standard and week in and out you have to keep it up to reach the very top.

I was so tense when they scored and playing out those last few minutes, typical of our lads to put on through that but we held on! Cucu goal was fantastic but to get red carded post game is crazy, the gaffer needs to have a talk with him about this, he’s too important to miss games. He reminds me of another ‘Geezer’ great player but a little crazy sometimes. I loved his Penguin celebration! Caicedo is a beast so important to our set up! Sanchez pulled off that amazing save from point blank and had a steady game. This is a beautiful time for us fans, we’ve waited for our Chelsea to be back! Remember we are not title contenders, wink, wink, nudge, nudge. 😜😎💙

Nina...super analysis as per.BUT..can we have some hard fact...like-it was a year ago I was opinining in your comments that if we went any lower "it's big Sam or relegation ".ALSO..title challenge.I think Enzo is right,as long as we end in the top four for serious europe I'm a happy bunny.BUT we could win the Premier by default as City et al have bombed out and if the Markes and Spencer club(lots of drawers)Liverpool keep on like this we could win it by default. We will have bad patches though along this path so doint get disillusioned when it happens.Sanchez has kept lots of certain goals out and is probably the best goal stopper in the Premiership at the mo.
    Have a carefree week.

Absolutely controlled the game for 70 minutes outside of another goal or 2 it was the complete performance, had a sloppy 10 minutes which thankfully resulted in a 2nd for us, no guarantees but we have a good run coming up so another big 3 points yesterday 💪 everyone played well but caicedo was an absolute monster.

At last the Brentford cause finally ended after three attempts, this victory is revenge and the first home league win against this opponent since November 1946 what a earth of we doing that year anyway five league wins in a row is the best record they ever did since Antonio Conte era what a big victory keep it up 💙
