Having a healthy mother who goes around and travels to spend time with everyone but you (me) is the most hurtful feeling on the daily. I had to come to grips that my moms doesn't like/love me either. I adored my mother. Will always love her. But damn, ain't no worse feeling then your own mother not showing you love and affection. AND NO, I was not a problem child who raised hell under her roof. I was a good kid. As a kid I would always get blamed for something I didn't do. In HS my moms met some bum as nigga, married him one year later, and then tells me she loves him as much as she does me. Thinking back on in she was probably lying. She loved that man more than she did me. I got too many stories to tell without getting upset and being hurt.

My son is 12.His mom got on amphetamines real bad and decided to disappear from his 5 years ago. She don't call him or me to check on him no text messages or anything. My mom died when I was three and a half years old. And one thing I told his mama is that I don't want my son to grow up without his mother like I did. It would be different if his mom was dead but no she's alive! Operation he will come back into his life one day but only when she's sober for eternity.
That's what made you so strong. My mom tried to coddle and smother me and i had to brake loose and be my own man. In the process of that, i was never taught anything at all so i had to take at least 10 years of my life rebuilding everything she destroyed. It is a mental loneliness like prison. I've been to jail once for 93 days so i don't know prison but i know loneliness. While i sat alone i read books and learned about narcissist. Then i knew what i was fighting. I was fighting blindfolded in the dark basically. After i learned i knew what i needed to do. 10 year process of healing and becoming my own man.

Damn bro… I feel that 💯. My mom lost custody of me and my lil sisters when I was 12 and my sisters were 2 and 3. She had always been a dope head since before I was born and had me in the mix . I seen her OD on crack when I was 5 and when you said you used to be a mommas boy that’s how I felt up until I was about 8 years old. She would leave me high and dry all the time and now I’m 35 and she still using. I’m finna get married and she used my past from a situation when I lashed out on her against me and started telling my fiancé about how I was angry and I was a violent person. That shit broke my heart cuz I’m not in the same state of mind I was in back then. She sees that I’m successful and I make good money now and she just wants a piece of that pie. She don’t ever come see her grandkids or ask about them she just tarnishes my name to everyone. It’s pretty sad but all I can do is keep faith in God and keep my lady and my kids close . Crazy I feel the same sometimes when I was younger first time my mom called the cops on me she said I pushed her into a corner. Got put in detention when I was 18. Still actually lied and called the cops and had me charged with assault 2 more times after that. Had to get away from that. She used to say it was because she didn't want me doing drugs. You always have to forgive no matter what. Look up how many times jesus says you should forgive. It's hard sometimes but you do it for yourself because if you can't forgive how can anyone forgive you? Clean and sober 6 years with a baby girl on the way. I'll show my parents different that my kids won't have to go through it like I did.
I’m not even gonna lie living in Jersey born & rised growing up in the tri-state alone you gotta have a different kind of hard heart specially our old school parents they taught us different not to show no emotions like st8 up will tell you I don’t care figure it out & watch you that’s why we look to others for that love even then I resented my mom cause she ruled with a iron hand her only son a 360 tho she raised me hard to give me the best life skill ever on be numb never over look shit how to survival our relationship was so bad people didn’t even know she had a son cause I looked so dam much like my dad cause of they shit getting him locked up doing that court welfare system foul shit I left the house at 15 never came back lived in N.C Florida Tx to back home 45 now cause we love so hard I only got one mother to come back & tell her I understand it was for my own good but those days are over but that hole that void then ended up with x2 greasy ass BM’s knowing the get over loopholes in the system like my mom the cycle don’t stop dipped on them two we can do for others but don’t think you can do for me mentality I feel ya bro just wanted to relate that shit still bares those scares when tryna analyze
