Nope. I just shot at 60 fps and then conformed sections of the clips to the timeline settings (24fps). Generally twixtor is used after conforming your footage if shot at a higher frame rate than your projects settings. I have used twixtor with FCP 7 in the past but just recently started using FCP X and haven't had a chance to try out twixtor for it yet. But if I had used twixtor I could have achieved a more slo-mo effect.
