How about being the shareholder of an WFOE trading company and have two of my Chinese friends that I trust to be a a legal representative and the other one to be a supervisor and I remain as the only shareholder on a student visa or family visa ? will that be considered an illegal work as well?
Thanks for the info but i have question, i completed my high school degree and thinking about going to china to learn Chinese language for a year maybe even 2 can i change my student visa to work visa once i am done with my Chinese language course, by starting a company?
Thanks brother for your valuable insights... But then i have another inquiry... Even if i am a student in China and i have a company register in China Will i be allowed to start my own business in this case or what could be the possible ways to do it??
It's not recommended to do business in China when you're under a student visa, that's even if you have a company in China. Because it's considered "illegal work" Other alternative way is explained in the video, i.e. running your e-com business by opening a company in Hong Kong, not mainland China.
