(Boston Globe) Boston is the only city to have all four professional sports teams win championships in such a short amount of time. By Darren Durlach/Globe Staff
This is a sort of poorly researched and considered piece. All four major teams won it over a roughly SIX year period, not ten. The Pats won the Super Bowl on February 6 2005, The Sox won the World Series in 2007, the Celts won the NBA in 2008, and the Bruins won the NHL championship on June 15 2011.
We get dubbed a positive nickname but not by Boston Globe so they my as well try to discredit it. Can't wait to see you clowns go out of business someday along w ESPN.
Not only did all 4 teams win, they won a total of 7 times.
