Icelandic Leafbread Recipe and Making - Merry Christmas from Your Friend In Reykjavik

Making Laufabrauð, or Icelandic Leafbread is a wonderful Icelandic Christmas Tradition.
In this Christmas video, we show how the decorations and frying is done with the Leafbread.
Here is the recipe for the dough:
100 gr whole milk
35 gr water
12 gr unsalted butter
170 gr cake/pastry flour
50 gr cornstarch
2 gr baking powder
7 gr sugar
2 gr salt
For Frying:
sunflower or olive oil
