For matching 3d with BG you have to do basic compositing,first render 3d with scanline render with creating some lights also then after scanline render use some colour node then merge on background
Whatever model you are importing it should be with UV texture, other simply connect any image related to that model it will show some texture,not exactly as UV map.
Please advise me: I have made a 3dmodel in 3dmax with both textures and lights. I will transfer it to Nuke via Alembic and here I want to assign to this 3d geometry the same textures that the model had in 3dmax. Take a video - thank you

What about color correction for the geometry to match the background?
