I have camped in the desert before, and the thing I love the most is the absolute silence. To just sit there and contemplate life, alone with your thoughts and nothing else, no distractions. Before I knew it, hours had gone by. I can't wait to do it again.
Nomadic Introvert, another van lifer you may have heard of, has me putting strawberry jam on omelettes and breakfast sandwiches. As good as your sandwich looked, you might like to try a little strawberry jam in addition to the mayo. It doesn't sound good, but surprisingly it is. Also, thanks for that incredible view -- it did indeed look like another planet!

Also, little trick with cooking over easy eggs is not to flip them. Crack them into a hot pan, then a few seconds after add a tablespoon of water and cover, the steam will cook the topside and its done in minute of being covered. Have to cook the eggs separate of the bacon to do this though.
You can refresh that curtain by using a good amount of vinegar in the prewash and then some extra detergent in the wash. Hot water is great but peobably can't use it on that fabric.

That's Northern Arizona for you. It can be snowing in Flagstaff and you could be swimming in Phoenix. Those clouds look like some of the monsoon type clouds we get. Where it can be raining and pouring and one area and then 5 mi down the road. It's sunny. That's Arizona for you
I’m a new subscriber to your channel but for the last few years I’ve been becoming increasingly more frustrated with paying rent and being at the mercy of everyday life. So I picked up a 26 foot camper trailer and now I’m starting to build myself a home out of it. I live in Canada and winters are really cold so I have some work ahead of me. But I’m inspired to pursue this project and to live less reliant on landlords and services. A friend of mine has 50 acres and he is letting me park on his property free of charge. It will be private and out of the way, no noise and I’ll actually be able to see some stars for the first time in a few years. You’re doing a great job showing the beauty of your travels and I’m pulling a lot of inspiration from your van set up. Keep it up. Channels like this are helping people to explore their lives.
I’d love to see a video of you vanlifing it in Lake Arrowhead. There’s a lot of cool history there with old cabins from the 1930s that old Hollywood used to own. John Muir and palisades drive are nice. Charlie Chaplin lived in the cabin next to ours back in the day. It’s nice to check out the shops in town. Lots of fond memories and the best tasting bear claws. But that was a couple decades ago and not sure how much it has changed

You’re very lucky over in the States that you can park up in such amazing places Here in the Uk is awful, it’s parking restrictions after parking restrictions, ridiculous cost of carparks but then can’t stay overnight, no facilities to use, the list goes on We all try our best but it seems the States have it right when it comes to VanLife and the way people want to live this lives
I went to the taco bell cantina on the cali coast on a road trip with my girlfriend a few months after seeing your video. Had a lot of fun, thanks for the idea
You should make your way to Bristol TN/VA literally just by crossing the street you can be in a different state and there is a lot of history and it’s the Birthplace of country music. It’s pretty cool!! Also some cool places to eat and there is now a casino!

I would get a toaster oven instead of a microwave in the van. My build idea doesn’t have a traditional oven like your van though. Not sure if you thought of this, but if you did sponge baths instead of the baby wipes, you would be a lot cleaner and you wouldn’t need to worry about finding a shower that often.
Fortnite is definitely not my bag but i respect any man that can game whilst on the move, keep going my man, you are living my dream right now. The amount of unspoiled wilderness you guys have over there is absurd, enjoy it while you can!

If you want a microwave I'd swap out your whole stove and oven setup for a slimine gas cooktop and a breville combiwave 3-in-one. microwave, air fryer, oven, grill and a mix of all those at the same time, doesn't use over 1200W (240V). I have been running one for the last 18 months. 10 out of 10. I also have those same tefal snap handle pots and pans. Also 10/10!
I hope to go back there one day and camp at that location...I'm actually making a video right now about my 1st trip to Zion, which included going through Page, AZ...that was before my van came along but Zion is such an awesome place, I definitely am going back now that I got a van...great video!

Ryan, try disassembling the glides to that drawer and clean the stickiness up with a Lysol wipe. Having honey in there is going to attract pests (cockroaches 🪳, ants 🐜, etc) be careful brother and keep rocking on
