Two living rooms is essential when you have kids. One for adults/ whole family movie nights etc & one for a play room, kids tv time, etc. will never go back to one living room, but I have 4 kids lol. love this video!

The housing market is fucking insane and literally almost none of the houses are worth the crazy high prices😭 also the interior is always so questionable?!

Ive been lucky to be able to buy and sell properties over the years with my husband, we do this every few years as side projects my advice, (if you wanna take it lol) to first time buyers is that the decor, you dont BUY the decor, you buy the bricks and mortar, that's the first rule when buying a house, the vendor has their own style, you don't Inherit their bad taste with the house, I am extremely surprised to hear you mentioning their taste in furnishings signs etc...the house is more or less a blank canvass for you to put your own stamp on, also, it's really easy to strip the wooden floors and repaint them? I think you should be more concerned about the house structurally than the covers on the couch and where the tv is, regardless, rookie mistake on your part, its a waste of time talking about the decor if youre moving in to a house, even if the decor was to your taste youd still rip it all out... And for the price the house is going for I'd say you'd have alot of money left over to redo the whole interior, I can't believe how much it costs for this size of house your getting so much for a really reasonable price, it's a beautiful house, I can see that becoming a beautiful family home for you and your husband ❤

The stinky thing about Lower Bucks is that if you’re in a good area, houses cost this much! In a not so good area, the houses are still overpriced smdh lol
