Great meal plan this week hun. Our red capsicum (pepper) is over $10 a kilo or just over 2 pounds where you are. Crazy expensive! This week we are having
Chicken and Broccoli pasta bake
Lasagna and garlic bread
Beef Rogan Josh in the slow cooker with rice and Roti bread
Shepard's Pie (ground beef, mixed veg and gravy with mash on top with cheese baked in the oven)

Homemade KFC bowls with Popcorn chicken and mash with KFC gravy cos its better than mine
Lots of cosy meals as we are in Winter here in Australia . Tonight's temp is 3 degrees (32F) and the days havent gone higher than 15C (60F) with a real chilly wind.

This sounds gross but is actually delicious. Peanut butter and tomato sandwiches. The tomato should be a homegrown if you can find it. My Dad loved this and he was fixing one for lunch one day when I was over there. He had one of his huge homegrown tomatoes, one slice of tomato fit a piece of bread. I made the comment that it sounded gross and he made me try it. I ate his whole sandwich he had to make another one. But it was so good 😊
