It was an evening the 1st of July 2014,mama said goodbye,promising a swift return from the hospital but never came back…amidst my brothers unanswerable questions “lamin nna leh?” a Chorus of sorrow echoed mourning her depart leaving us adrift in a sea of pain,yearning for her presence in the shadows ….even after a decade has passed the ache of her absence lingers in our hearts like an unheal wound. how painful it’s to be without you in all these ten years…..and how beautiful would it be to tell us that was your last goodbye….
