There is also a td5 owner here ☝️
Very nice work. I'm waiting to see the videos where the machine will be in contact with the elements 👍

how come you used shock relocation when you’ve got longer shocks?

I would think the brake lines would need extending with a 4” lift. Work looked good; that undercarriage was nasty! Thanks for sharing.

I was told by Lucky 8 Land Rover that the Disco 1 terrafirma TF015 spring in front on a D2 wilp give it a 4in lift without using a spacer. Are you using a spacer because you would like to go with a medium set spring and those have more sag when sitting?
Also I am doing mine this coming weekend and wondering if I should do the brake line extenders and bleed them first before doing the suspension so that as I'm doing the new Castor corrected arms and I have it fully extended I can have to brake calipers attached and not just hanging there

Wash the car before installing the lift kit. Why install on clay?

Glad to see another X reg Disco 2 Thor V8 owner. 👍🏽 Be lucky you don’t have secondary air plumbing! It’s a b!tch to troubleshoot.
I’m removing my +2” front adjustable Terrafirma shocks and HD springs and swapping for +2” Fox 2.0 shocks and MD TF springs. Looking forward to that. It rides toooooooo stiff in the front with a steel Safari Gard front bumper and Warn winch. An MD set of springs should be good since I don’t have a roof rack or tent on top.
Cheers from Yank in East Anglia!🇺🇸🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Did you start with TF015 springs in front? I'm told that those are how the 4-in lift is achieved for HD?
Also what med spring did you switch over to and still keep the 4in height or did you have to use a 1in spacer with the new Med Springs?

Yeah I have SAI on my 4.0 V8. Luckily I've learned it so well I can use the identify what the issue is pretty quick knowing exactly how the system works and why it does what it does is definitely the key either lacking airflow or vacuum pretty easy to check and find out why at each point but initially yeah it was kind of confusing for a few months
