Nice review George. I'm an old person so there's nothing wrong with an older BMW. 😁 my favorites are the E30/E36/E46 M3s and the E28 sedan/E34 wagon M5s. a company in the UK can put in a twin turbo V8 from an F10 M5 into an E28 shell.
Thank you for a great quick review. I haven't been able to find a review on my trim. It's 2018 330i base model with some added bells and whistles. But everything you mentioned is spot on. And I love my car. It's got a good balance of raw sportiness combined with luxury!
I recently purchased a 2015 Luxury Line BMW 328i with only 76,000 kilometers on the odometer. Despite being a used car, I managed to secure a fantastic deal, and the vehicle is in impeccable condition. After a year of driving, I can confidently say it's a comfortable ride, exuding luxury through its myriad features. The interior quality surpasses that of many Asian cars, and even some brand-new models. It's not just about luxury; this car is also economical and dependable, requiring only routine maintenance. Don't be swayed by naysayers who claim otherwise. In fact, this car is a gem worth holding onto, especially considering that electric cars are not yet affordable or practical for everyone. And if you're considering upgrading to a newer model, remember that you'll be hard-pressed to find the same level of material quality in any new vehicle.
Just love watching honest owner reviews of cars even though there are a lot of reviews for this car, your review is nice and straightforward, especially the petrol fill up part. . Same for the Breville review...
I got the petrol version of this 3-series 318i a couple of months ago. This one is more low on power. but when you’re at highway speeds, you are able to cruise at high speeds, and the fuel consumption is also not very bad :)
@@stephenjacobs5640 The 320i’s I’m seeing around me are failing pretty badly, fuel is expensive in my part of the world. It’s actually been plenty of what I need. And if I do buy another BMW, I’d buy a Diesel or Electric.
This is a fact, on my 2nd alternator which costs $1200 and 2nd time replacing the oil filter housing gasket $1400 repair. Its turning into a money pit for sure currently have 135K miles. Basic major parts which should last you 200K miles are consistently failing. Honestly very disappointed..
I have a 2013 328i f30 xdrive with 118k miles. I bought it at 62k miles and have only had to change the oil in these 4 years. I expected there to be typical f30 issues but for me, it's been a dream.👌🏽
Thanks bro, i appreciate your video, i am considering to buy an f30 and slowly looking at all the reviews. Gotta say you got a good heart for your f30, not many do because of the high maintenance bills.
Thank you for reflecting the specific point, i was thinking the same thing about changing my 2015 320D to a brand new one. I am afraid of adding too much digital features instead of mechanical parts that i really enjoy.
Hey, I was wondering how much would you pay for a mechanic owned 2014 Bmw 328i Clean Title With 130,000 Miles Fully Loaded I’m from New York they say it’s mostly high way due to it being a out of state car seller has it listed at 9,500 no check engine light, no codes, and regularly maintained oil changed every 30,000 he said it passes inspection too buts it’s a N20
Hey. Not a bad video, i stumbled upon it. From production quality youve done great, but from the car aspect this was very dissapointing. It isnt a long term ownership, a year doesnt bring out anything that a person would look for in a long term ownership video. You also havent really done much research, because F30 and the rest of line up introduced eletric power steering which got a lot of hate for taking away the connection to road. Me personally i think it handles pretty great but the previous e60 and e90 cars had much better steering, so that was the last generation, not the f30. Also you didnt mention what suspension package you have, because if you do have adaptive suspension that would explain to you why sport mode feels much different than other cars. Also this is a bit off topic and probably outdated but never run a diesel car so low on fuel, can help accelerate pump failure. Overall from a car review this was useless, it was just a review of your feeling of the car, not the car itself. Also the 3 series bmw's are more for people who wants to drive bmw but cant afford 5 series. Definatley not meant to be luxury or sporty. Anyways, good luck
Hi. I've also heard what you said about the steering and adaptive suspension. I'm looking at a used 320d . Do you know if the adaptive suspension would be part of the msport suspension?
@@gavinwill4291 if you are talking about F30, than it should be included in Msport package, but its not 100% always a yes. You can take a look beneath the car, if there is a wire or a connctor on the shock body, it has adaptive suspension. You can also use a VIN decoder, there should be an option 2VF, that would tell you that the car has adaptive suspension
Your comment started great then went shit. Not everyone that has a 3 series is because they can’t afford a 5 series. Some people just prefer smaller car. Stop acting like you know more than everyone else.
highly recommend the F30 chassis with the N55 engine! Fabulous engine. I will avoid N20 engine as there has been timing chains issues. B58 and B48 engines have plastic oil housings. I'm like WTF... plastic?!
B48 and B58 are still way more reliable than any of the N-engines, even Toyota uses them. And before you diss the B48 and B58 to have alot of plastic in them, check inside your N55 and youll find hell alot of plastic in there as well lol. Oil housing is one of the things i dont mind being plastic on my 330e, but stuff like the charge pipe which is constantly under some sort of pressure being plastic is stupid...
What is your comments on BMW diesel engine & automatic transmission? Some people comments engine is very noisy due to Diesel or sounds like small truck..

I bought the 320d m sport 2018.
I have this luxury line 328i in metallic white. I drive 35 hours per week all seasons and this is my office. Thank you God for this car🙏🏽

because he is a idiot hhahah

Great looking car ! Which year is it ? I am personally more inclined to get the F30 over G20.
The f30 definitely has a better body style. I say buy a f30 but if you want to lease go g20.

Me too!
Love my G20 320D M Sport, I had a 318D for a couple of months but it felt so down on power compared to the 320. Great review thanks!
so happy with my F30
wearing a fkn mask jesus christ

Great video
i think these are solid between like 40-70k miles but higher mileage bmw's start to live in the shop

Thank you 🙂
With run flat tires?
I had a 2014 328i lux but the seats are like sitting on a rock, had to swap out for sport seats.
Hey! Awesome video, was wondering what dashcam you use?
Great review mate, rarely do reviewers mention steering feel and feedback, nice work 👍🏼
Missed this! Am also subscribed to your other channel tho, looking forward to seeing more vids from you guys here!
Anyone know if any of the bmw models have cooled/ventilated seats?
How’s the reliability of this car? I’m also residing in the Philippines and I don’t want my maintenance cost to be a horror story 😅😅
Then stay well away from a BMW. They have always had high running maintenance costs
Yes
