Nah most of the people on here would rather hate on him. Instead of asking... where's Rico, Marks and all the others that were supposed to challenge. The problem is his only competition is Courtney right now. McFadden has been decent can't believe how bad of a season Rico has had so far.
na, the camera guy had the hardest job. trust me, I did video of dirt track racing for 6 years. trying to see cars through dust on a tiny 3 inch screen is almost impossible.
its the clay it sucks years ago canandaigua brought up some red clay from the south it helped for a few years ,, rolling wheels has the fastest Wwo track time but thats been closed for eight years now .. sucks!!!
It's not as bad on the track because the dust flies outward. 1:19 look at the infield shot from turn 3, very clear. Then cuts to tower camera Sweet entering turn 4 in a cloud of dust
Good ol New York race track can’t see anything! Rather save my $100 remain clean and watch the usual people winning win no wonder why the number of fans are down
oh give me a break. the number of fans is not down. and if they are it's because of Biden's inflation that leaves people with no money after they buy groceries.
The track prep was ridiculous. I love dirt racing, but damn that's a lot of dust in the air. What's up with Brad Sweet's crew and the Victory Lane tech?
Brad Sweet has been the master of winning points championships since he won 5 straight World of Outlaws points championships and it looks like he will win this year's High Limit points series championship. But something that he hasn't won in the last 4 years is the most money earned because he isn't winning these big mega money races. In 2020 and 2021, Kyle Larson earned the most money for 410 drivers. In 2022 it was Brent Marks as the leading money winner, especially with his big week at Eldora that year earning $275,000 in 2 races. Last year Logan Schuchart was the leading money winner all from just one race for over 1 million. Brad Sweet is currently the leading money winner in the country but that could change next week at Port Royal Speedway with $75,000 to win for the Bob Weikert Memorial race. Plus we have many big money races to come with, the Kings Royal, the Knoxville Nationals, the Williams Grove National Open, Tuscarora 50 at Port Royal and other races. Brad Sweet will probably win the points title but he might not be the leading money winner for the 5th straight year if other drivers win these big money races that have yet to come but starts soon like next Sunday at Port Royal Speedway.
it doesnt have anything to do with the track prep you dope. it's the type of dirt in New York State. also doesnt help that the camera is in turn 1 because you have to look through the full length of the front straight where the dust is illuminated by the lighting.
I loved watching a dust storm on Flo. And since flo is involved with promoting the high limit series you should be able to explain the crap show that went on at the scale after the race. Or maybe I didn’t see what I saw.
not really a problem for the drivers. look at the turn 3 camera shot. the air is actually fairly clear. the problem here is the camera is in turn 1 and to see all the way to turn 3 & 4 it has to look through the full length of the track through all the dust which is illuminated by the lighting. the drivers arent looking through what the camera is.
@@marcnelson2645 I despise Brad Sweet but they definitely weighed him because the commentator said he's on the scales waiting for the fist bump from Nouse indicating the win and I thought that was pretty hokey. They didn't weigh the modified winner though. I thought that was weird.
Never again will I go to that dump!!! Dirt racing is one thing but having to put up with that dust is terrible. I did go to the infield for the feature so I could see, glad I did. Another thing, when did they let them sell beer in the pits?
You realize he won 4 straight woo championships right? It's cause he is a good racer. Other racers just need to get better. If Brad was still racing woo he would win there too.
well how about you just worry about who comes second and third then. nothing to do with being a series part owner, he's just and excellent driver most of the time and doesn't need to start on the front row to take the win.
All these people sweet wins every race ummm ya sweet and larson made this series to get rich and wow did everyone fall for it not only are all the fans got there noses up larsons ass i guess half the good sprintcar drivers do also
what is your point. all the drivers and teams can have access to pretty much the same equipment and HP just depends how good you and your team are consistently like brad has been lately. you just need to barrack for 2nd & 3rd place and you will be ok.
all other drivers and teams can have access to pretty much the same equipment and HP just depends how good you and your team are consistently like brad has been lately. you just need to barrack for 2nd & 3rd place and you will be ok.
Just saying they make water trucks and rototillers and sheep's foot rollers for a reason 🙄. Clearly they don't know how to prep a track at all. You don't see these issues when the track was properly watered n taken care of
This is what most every NY track looks like. It's the clay compound not track prep. Especially a double bill with big blocks. Utica Rome will look the same but it's a very cool layout and fun track.
@@timruth6514Sweet was up on the cushion and flying. I didn't see many other cars running in that line. Haud would've been, probably Gravel too. Larson most likely.
I see Black Rock hasn't changed in 15 years. Slick as ice yet so dusty you can't see.
Used to be my favorite dirt track, I’ll never go again
Rudeen Racing is getting the car dialed in again. Good to see Zeb up front tonight.
Congratulations Brad Sweet 🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁
I had to take a shower after watching this race!
First time this month. I'm proud of you.
It was terrible only reason I'm watching this is cause i couldn't see it from the seats
Thankfully I watched with my night vision goggles and respirator from the couch!!!
In a class of his own in either series and I’m not a Sweet fan, but you have to give him credit.

What a dust bowl.
Nice track prep.
has nothing to do with track prep. it's the kind of dirt they have in New York. doesnt hold moisture. every track is like that.
Not much dust tonight!
😂🤣

Why are shows at New York state tracks always so dusty ?
it’s new york

NYS and their regulations may see an end to dirt tracks someday soon.
NY wants to beat Ohio for the dust bowl title
Because they are modified tracks
"It looks like Sunshine is gonna get there"!! "Turn number 3 it doesn't look like Sunshine is gonna get there"!! LMAO😂😂
Yeah that was freaking hilarious!!!
I Like watching dust!!
Tyler Courtney hangin tuff
Way to go Big Cat!
How do they even see?

Do they have any water in New York?? That was a little rough
It's rained here a ton. Track was admittedly extra dusty but that's pretty much every track here most of the time.
doesnt have to do with lack of water. it's the New York dirt. doesnt hold moisture very well. most tracks are very dusty in thei region.
Sweet!!
Was there a race going on? Couldn't see anything.
Seeing the same driver win every race in his own series in such a great viewing experience!
Been doing it the past four yrs
Sweet,, ain't it!lol
You're an ignoramus
Maybe he should slow down??
It's kind of like Beat Bobby Flay

How much will he make as part owner of high limit🤑
The Big Cat does it again!😺
Here comes the dust commentaries 😂😂😂😂
I prefer WoO but they have some great talent here in the High Limit series! Nothing like some 410 action.
Where was the race? Couldn’t see much
Isn't there something besides water that can be added to the dirt so it's not so dusty some tracks are not dusty at all
Another well prepared racing surface. Hope the fans didn't spend a lot of money on a race they could hardly see.

If yall think this is dusty, go to the world finals in Charlotte
Or go to Wayne County in Ohio
or go sit in the "Sand Box" at Eldora.

thats not a shitty race track. that is an amazing racetrack that happens to have New York dirt.
Port is one of the top five tracks in the country if not higher.
Macri had quick time, and finished in the top 5, not to bad!
WOW,,, you could see during qualy this track might be a touch on the dry side.. Fans get to take some home with um. 🤣😳
