That's a beauty. I want. I totally agree about the Boker Shield. Years ago, they made a stamped bolster version . I do love the feel of the Boker in hand.
Beautiful piece Slick! I knew it wasn't that stinky carbon fiber - lol I just love everything about this one brother. Wonderful knives for comparison - but that Wostenholm gunstock is my top choice! Glad you're back brother✌️
Brilliant suggestion Eric for a signed documentation to accompany the knife. I think you deserve a lower number for your service to Sheffield cutlery. As I am sure everyone will agree. Drew gave me a heads up on this one. Ive still not purchased. If I'm completely honest that Stannington Barlow that you shown has become my grail. Ive heard Steven is doing some again this year. So hopefully 🙏. Brilliant video!
I really wish RUclips would actually send me notifications for channels I've subbed to instead of just random stuff. I've also heard it called "Root Wood" I love that green dye job! It would be hard for an American Company to date itself back to 1624! So typical of a British Barlow. It looks exceptional! That Bolster is just flat out gorgeous. As for the blade etch, that style of Blade etch is fine with me. My feeling is these are the traditional blade etch to let you know the knife is new. The idea was the blade etch is going to mucked up and so the purchaser will know is it is new or used. This is different than decorative or commemorative etch than you don't want to have damaged. The Gunstock and the "Shedd" Barlow were also quite fantastic.
They're making beautiful knives at Eggington's. Whoever is responsible, keep them.
What are very pretty knife really push the boat out on that one very very nice the just down the road from me I'd already seen it and it is very nice
It almost looks like a Taylors Eye Witness Slim Barlow. It is a significant collectors piece for your collection.👍
That is a superb addition to your collection!
What a beautiful knife. With so much History I would love to hear more about this Cutler. Thanks Slick Slicers

A fine review as per usual. That would be a top shelf piece in my humble collection!
