We were about to start developing almost 10 different platform with Editor X and this is best time to wait for that new platform and use it's new features. It will be pretty exciting to develop enterprise level products with Wix Studio.

Wix Studio is great guys but limits of premium plans are too weird and low to use for advanced projects. If Wix did not change it you will probably need other platforms to build your advanced products. Because it will be not possible with Wix if you don't pay 1000$+ monthly Enterprise license...
Thanks for this feedback. We are looking into these requests to see if/what adjustments should be made to the premium plans.

I can see this killing Webflow and Framer. Everything was intuitive enough for me as Designer. I can see enough tools for me to use as an Entrepreneur. Lastly, it looks developer friendly. Hated everything Wix had done up until this point. You might finally have gotten me to switch over from Webflow and Framer. Great job team.
The only feature request that I might add comes from Framer. There should be a button to be able to see all of the breakpoints at a glance with a click of a button and an option to see a focused individual breakpoints like you currently have. One thing I hate when web designing is having to keep clicking every single breakpoint to see how everything looks. It kills my workflow.

Reoccurring question… Is this WIX STUDIO replacing Editor X? Great presentation but this question needs to be clarified in more detail please.
Yes, I heard that it will be replacing Editor X. They will be "seamlessly merging" Editor X sites to the new Studio over the next couple months.

If the new Generating Responsive AI button is as good as it looks, it will be a game changer indeed, saving hours per page. Horizontal Stack will be another one I'm looking forward to trying.
I'm just hoping the Backend area where Media, Images and Files are kept has got a major make-over too, as it has been the biggest time-waster/killer of all, NEVER remembering where the last image came from in the filing hierarchy (and I always put various sections and file-types into their own folders. Both editors always defaulted back to the Grid layout and forgot the A-Z.

Of all the announced features, the Responsive AI might save the most time. Collaboration features also look very polished, looks like a winner.

I'm working on an EditorX website right now.
Will all these features be available for my current website that I'm working on? Or do I have to start a new project/design again, from scratch, to benefit from all those features (especially the eCommerce product page new design options) ?
Wix Studio is a separate Editor. Eventually, Editor X sites will migrate seamlessly to Wix Studio. We'll give you plenty of notice before it happens. Until then, you can continue creating with Wix Studio & Editor X.

Just re-built a site with it. Overall it's pretty good/exciting. I'm digging it.
Hoping we see some more granularity for interactions and even more triggers at some point.
For design it's a great update to Editor X.
For Wix Business Apps.....it still needs a LOT of work. Wix forms needs some work too.

Wix Studio is in a class of it's own and offers a variety of features not available on Editor X, such as Responsive AI and powerful out-of-the-box responsive behaviors. As I understand it. The tool will be rolled out gradually. What does this mean in terms of time scale? At the latest in 1 month or 1 year? Will the migration be automatic? Will we have the choice of keeping the current version or switching to wix studio? Do you also plan to have a presence in Switzerland?

This is very much like Editor X 2.0 with new features but a familiar workflow interface.
Is the long term plan merge existing Editor X and Wix Editor into Wix Studio?

Hello, thanks for the creator platform update. As a seo agency, I would like to know the average core web vitals validation you get with wix studio tools. In the same way, the migration of a web page made in wordpress to Wix to cover that market, because in Mexico I recommend wix for beginners and independent programming companies.

Long story short, it's yet ANOTHER version of the editor.. and all of this is mostly for agencies.

I would like to understand the roadmap. You've also promised full-Ai based website creation with a spectacular video. What comes first? Wix Studio or this text based Ai website generator? What platform will the Ai generator be integrated with?
Could you create a program, just like it is in Figma, that we can download to our Desktop? There are lags and freezes while using wix online.

How is it different than Framer which is doing this?
Why couldn't these just be added to Editor X? I'm a little confused. Does this make Editor X obsolete now? I know I am being pedantic here, but I don't like how the top bar is black in this new editor. It would look better white like the side bar. It would make the space look cleaner. I am looking forward to trying this new platform out though.
It’s a whole new product built from the ground up.
I personally think the black nav bar looks great and more modern. It makes it easier to separate what’s on the page, obviously it won’t be there once the sit is published.

I was just getting comfortable with CORVID and Editor X! WHY now with CSS that is 80s? lol :( It isn't going to FEEL like the editor now in wix? and do I have to use it lol I will try it out i guess. That's the last time I've used CSS :P

how come you can't scroll through the gallery vertically? you can only create a traditional horizontal gallery. this should be a great system, but the basic stuff doesn't work

Hello Alex. We have put a massive focus on our infrastructure and products, and the release of Wix Studio reflects this effort.
It looks strange to me that an Israeli company does not support full Hebrew and RTL native web sites. When you try translating your website from English to Hebrew, there are many limitations. So disappointing.
