When doing the halter part you start out skipping one chain the when you come back for roll to make 8 in you skip two at qhat point do i start to skip two or is the just the last roll i skip two. I am confused😊

You should be able to Google size measurements then select images at the top and there's should be some charts that pop up

Please follow measurements not sizes …. It will make your sizing in crochet much more reliable
