I know how much you guys love vlogs (yaaay!) so here's another one, specially made for those who have been DM-ing me about my morning with the hubs and my routine for the day.
This is decidedly raw and unfiltered 'cause you know I keep it real guys - so expect another Slater-being-a-bully moment. (lol)
Since we've had a long night, I had our breakfast prepped with the help of our helper. But, for the rest of the day I'm on kitchen duties! I want to say that I'm getting better with my kitchen skills (proud kitchen newbie!) and I'm happy that the hubs is giving me good reviews (thanks hubsss!).
I have a few tips and thoughts along the way. I hope you guys can pick some good stuff out of our usual morning routine.

Hi Kryz, id you need to sqeeze lemon without juicer you can use a spoon to press it against your hand. Than you can get all the juice. ☺️

Hi Kryz, you can put your lemon in the microwave oven and heat it for 5-10seconds so you can get more juice. It works.

hi Kryz loving all your videos... btw one tip diay..before squeezing juice from lemons..u roll the lemon back n forth..in short e ligid-ligid jud nimo ang lemon before slicing, then u will notice its much easier to squeeze and daghan pud juice ma extract.. Take care n God Bless

Dogs usually eat plants/grass because there's something wrong with their system and digestion. After that, they puke it and they are okay. Just read that somewhere! And experienced from my two dogs - Maltese and Golden Retriever. Happy Sunday! :)

Hah mine is maltese poodle and we usually make fun of him cuz he eats leaves. But yea they also said it's to ease their upset stomach. Sky so cute ❤🐶
Animals do that if they feel unease . Like our cat and dogs. Sometimes I feed my cat lemongrass if I can sense they are not feeling well
You'll get more juice or squeeze easier if you roll that lemon (with pressure) on your counter/ island before slicing.

Kryz what are you using??metal straw? Ayaw use metal straw if naay vinegar not good daw. Pls do some research ky basin d sad ko mao
Hi rlly? I sometimes use metal straw pa naman on my apply cider mix. But I dont wanna drink right off my cup kasi I know di sya maganda for the teeth. So would you recommend the reusable plastic straw? Glass? Or bamboo straw?
Yes, its not good kasi nag rereact yung acid sa metal. As far as i know.
kung stainless walay problema...same ra sa kutsara/tinidor e-kutaw sa suka sawsawan. pero da best and wooden straw

I do have a recommended alternative if you don't like dairy. Oat milk or Almond milk are both really good options for a vegan diet. The difference is that Oat milk is much more creamier than the Almond milk because it is higher in calories and carbs. But Almond milk is lower in protein if not no protein at all.

hi kryz! you can use spoon in between the lemon if you dont have the squeezer. and use it also to scoop. it really helps squeeze that juice until the very last drop😉
You can microwave the lemon for a few secs to make squeezing easier!!! It works wonders hehe! You also get a lot of juice out of it more!!! And the cayenne aid is a great anti-oxidant and works great for inflammation aside from the metabolism factor you mentioned! Great routine hehe! The Moon Juice are great for any drinks! Yay!!! I have the beauty dust, brain dust, and spirit dust. I mix them with chocolate drink, coffee, matcha and all those jazz. Better to take than fruit juices in the morning so you don't get too much fructose early in the day! ☺️ This is Georgina btw and I'm editing my caption as I pause your video hahaha miss you!

You can roll the lemon before cutting it in half so that you can squiz it easily and you can get more juice.
Lemon hack: you can microwave it for 30 secs (varies on how big the lemon is) to warm it up and it’s easier to juice

Rustans is generally more expensive for everything. There’s quite a lot of fruits and veggies being sold along the street, and they’re cheaper and you help the vendors (farmers?) than when you buy in a big supermarket. For lemons, microwave it for a couple of seconds and you get more juice. (Things one learns once you leave your house in Pinas with a helper and work abroad 😭😭😭)
U can add cranberry juice and a lil bit of honey to your acv and lemon. Trust me it makes a huge difference.
Yes the honey will neutralize the acidity a bit
