  • In July of 2020, we visited the Huzzah Valley Resort in Steelville, Missouri for a 6 mile float trip by raft. This half day trip is a great outdoor adventure that is only an hour and a half from St. Louis. In this video we raft the section from Huzzah Valley Resort to the Scotia Pullout 6 miles away. From There we are picked up by the bus and returned to HVR.
Check out Huzzahvalley.com to book your trip. Enjoy!

I always get the small one it's good for two up to four people. You get one too big and then you have trouble maneuvering

Great camping experience. Way too expensive. Family of four apx $300 for three nights camping, not counting incidentals. Float trips are OUTRAGEOUS. They don't price items at the store. You have to guess the prices. You won't know until they ring you up. Then you find out how badly they are ripping you off. Their excuse for not tagging items is, "the prices change so fast every day that we don't know how much to charge." If that isn't a load of %$#@, I don't know what is. But like I say, if one has a ton of money to blow, this is the place to do it.

I didn't get that vibe when we were there...but then again I didn't pay for it or do any of the camping stuff. However much it cost it was a good time!
