India is very advanced now not just in IT and also in building technology such as using precast concrete to built buildings like Singapore do. The person explains it very well I always think poured concrete is more durable and feel not safe for precast concrete. Pre-cast is actually more harder.

Precast should be encouraged so that time and cost of project can be reduced. But you not mentioned in video,that how joints and connection make between coloum to coloum and slab or beam etc. By nuts and bolts or by cemeanted joints ? Please clear it. Is it useful and cost effective for small home 1000 or 2000 sqft and two,three story building.?

I'm still confused about how the structure stands for precast. Won't it be risky considering it's only standing on joints. Whereas cast-in is actually one complete structure, no problem of falling off. Somehow a building created from standalone modules with joints is not giving be confidence.
