Tsih and then the Sham redux! I would try to think more about those implications for the good girl that is our title character but I'm currently in the middle of a D&D session.
Woo, finally a justification to do Sham again! Thank you! Also, can't contain my geeky curiosity. Which edition are you guys playing and what kind of character are you rolling with, if you don't mind me asking?
Ah, cool! Feels like it's been ages since I played Pathfinder...my group jumped ship to D&D 5e a few years ago and haven't really been back to Pathfinder since.
There've been a lot of new additions to the system since then, like psychic and hybrid classes. and here I hear they're working on a pathfinder second edition, which is cool because at this point some of us feel it kinda needs a second edition with the years of creep and its core classes being so shackled to the CRB and 3.5e standards and whatnot. It has its problems, but I like its problems more than I like the problems that most of the other D&D editions have.
I wasn't sure whether psychics were in the game the last time I played or not. I think my DM has pretty much all of the official books released up until the point where we stopped playing (minus most of the adventure paths and the like), and I didn't remember psychics...but that doesn't mean a whole lot with my memory, haha. Yeah, I'd heard Pathfinder 2.0 was around the corner. I think my DM's planning to pick up the playtest rules when they're released, so we'll probably play at least a one shot or two to see how the system feels. I'm looking forward to it - I love 5e, but there are definitely times when I miss some of the more detailed tweaks you could make to your character back in 3.5e or Pathfinder. It'll be interesting to see what Paizo does with the revamp.
Assuming each character has a story, I'm going to cast a late vote for Alte or maybe Iru. Alte's plight in Sora always seemed sad so it'd be nice to see her get a better ending to things this time round.
Iru and Kyoko are the last two I've never covered, so sure, we can pop back over to Iru after the next repeat character. I love Alte from a narrative perspective, but I'm such garbage as her in AoS2. Of course, that didn't stop me from covering her last time, so I can certainly give her another shot this go around.
That's the question, isn't it...? Frankly, your guess is as good as mine. Sumika might have just meant that Suguri was supposed to stop getting stronger at a certain point and never did. Or she could mean something more ominous, like Suguri was supposed to die once she'd gotten the earth back to a point where it could recover. Well, those are the two possibilities that jumped to my mind immediately, but I'm not at all confident that either of them is correct. One of them feels a little too easy, and the other one feels a bit dark, y'know?
There are some pretty dark aspects to the Suguri-verse, like the plot for Sora for example. I'm not sure if this one is true, but I remember reading somewhere that Star Breaker had to undergo a serious operation to give her powers, and had to be revived several times during the procedure.
Right? I mean, the fact that Alicianrone stuff keeps sneaking its way into 100% OJ gives me hope that it'll still happen _someday_, but that one's been in the incubator a pretty good while at this point...
i remember hearing from a podcast or whatever featuring hono that junpyon kept shooting down ideas for the game as sort of revenge for something it's been a while so i don't remember what for i think the podcast is somewhere on youtube with english translations but i'm lazy right now so i'm not gonna look for it i think it was named something like 100% webradio

In this case, D&D is a generalization, I'm actually playing Pathfinder, changeling psychic (psychic duelist)

Do Hime's story as well please!
Can do!
What were suguri supposed to do when she revived the planet to a certain degree?
