OK here's my updates on this recipe. I made it Saturday evening & it marinated for 3 hours. I followed the recipe instructions & my wife who loves to eat at Nando's said this was amazing. I roasted ours in the oven, she says it tastes just like Nando's & next time I should cook it on the smoker. This was a great dish, thank you again.

Really good recipe. I can't believe how good it turned out. I couldn't find the chilli mentioned in the video so i got normal red chilli and dried red chilli to make the marinating sauce. The sauce didn't come as thick as shown in the video but the end result was still pretty great. I urge everyone to try it as the prep work is also very less.

Riyaz Mohammed I knw there's sperate peri peri sauce and I prefer Nado's peri peri sauce cuz Abbeys sucks , I have tried when I had no option other than that.. it was horrible .. And American garden , Never in my life other than their peanut butter

I made it tonight. Delicious recipe. I could not bring that smokey flavor as I did not have any charcoal pieces. Like you as you used some lemon juice, I also could not be authentic as I added some green coriander stalks. It was absolutely perfect. Thanks you chef! You rock!

This recipe is my most favorite Pari chicken after all other tries. sometimes I add half cup of sugar to dilute the taste (Somehow Pari flavor is too strong for me). At first try, I fried it with oil but not really easy to manage so I just did as your guide! You can add a cup of hot oil with charcoal for a smoky flavor! Anyway this recipe is brilliant and wish you best luck!

I use this recipe and add some lemon zest.. I just fry garlic and chilli without using oil in a pan just to have it smoked.. love the recipe ❤️❤️
