- in this video I show you the results of a whole bunch of rocks spending a month in stage two in my big 12lb rock tumbler with no media. Looking forward to seeing the 2nd tumbler build. Are you going to upgrade or adjust anything from the first one? What kind of motor and where will it be from? Or I can wait until you post the video and all my questions will be answered!😁 Can't wait for it!
@@keithrodman9318 I'm trying out different motors to find one I can recommend. The one I used on the first tumbler was a one of a kind find. I need to find something commonly available that works as well.
i know it takes a long time to tumble rocks and difficult to keep track of them all, but it would be cool if you could do some before and after pics :)
Funny you should mention that. I have plans for that in the future. I was going to wait until the rocks are all the way through polish and put together some before and after photos. Watch for that in the future.

Attention all friends of Mike. I think an intervention may be needed. More tumblers? When is enough? We are here for you sir. But I think you may have a not so dangerous or very dangerous past time. If you start doing sling shot videos at least you will break windows with pretty rocks.
No such thing as enough. Seriously though, I know people who run dozens of drums at once. I'm not going for a record or anything.
