Music distribution works different in Japan. NBT needed to add some exclusives to be able to distribute in Japan.

Why these were limited to the japanese release only i’ll never know
To sell CD's in Japan, international bands need to provide extra tracks to be put on the album, as the cost of producing CD's in Japan is higher than those simply being imported. By getting extra tracks off the artists, the Japanese music industry can justify making the CD's themselves and charging a slightly higher price.
