152 pts! That’s an amazing score! I would have been tempted to play the hawk in the 5th grassland spot asap to maximize the engine. But holding off for crane seems to pay off real nice in the case. Great video!
perfect grasslands run!! the deck was completely on your side here :)
It definitely was!
And so it's not a good example, more like showing off
ok i got it. if you want to build up a strong grassland engine you just need killdeer + raven and maybe a purple martin/swallow. easy
This really doesn't answer the question it seems. To me it is mostly a commentary on a game with a lucky start. Kind of interesting but not really that helpful.
In my opinion it shows us what the basics to make the engine and how to use it so I think it was very helpful
I just want to see a guide without S tier birds in the starting hand
Agreed! @@MudroZvon
"Very favorable" means the best hand your can start with, AKA "I stacked the deck"
Chihuahuan Raven, Common Raven, Franklin's Gull, and Killdeer are overpowered... On BoardgameArena you can exclude them, or, when playing a physical game, remove them. This will make the game way more balanced. Harder, but more honest.
I agree! We have house rules in our tournaments that prevent these birds from being played in round 1
Thats the highest score I have ever seen ^^ What has been your highest score ever in the game ?
World record as I am typing is 186 points.
I think he has said over 170 points
The opponents : Yikes! (tilted)
Am I correct in thinking that a grasslands engine is the best of the three?
Depends on your cards ;-)
How did you turn on the mode where you see the all habitats? I know you can hold tab to see it, but I wonder how to make permanent
