Yes, they have a vampire lore since debut and they do have abilities. Given-Taken is considered one of the best debut songs in Kpop. Thanks for the reaction. Looking forward to more Enhypen content.
Ehypen has a very deep lore connected to their title tracks, some B sides, their webtoons (Dark Moon the Blood Alter & the prequel "The Children of Vamfield"} as well as concept trailers and mini films. You don't have to understand the lore to enjoy the music but getting into the lore makes the MV's so much more meaningful. To understand the universe it’s best to watch/ listen to things in order. This includes the concept trailers, mini films, and the intro and outros of their albums. Things to know: They were formed from the competition show "I land". If you decide to watch it be forewarned it is an emotional ride. (One thing that makes it better is knowing that many of the boys that didn't make it into Enhypen are now in other idol groups) Their storyline (songs and MV’s) functions on more than one level. While it is about their vampire universe it is often a commentary on their lives as idols and the idol lifestyle. They are some of the best dancers in K pop so if you like dance, react to dance practices. If you decide to watch a guide pick one of the newer ones as their growth over the last four years is phenomenal and older one are outdated. They are incredible showmen so be sure to watch some live performances. They have a very strong fandom called Engenes (We are a crazy bunch of people from all over the world). Getting into Enhypen is like going down a rabbit hole but the journey is well worth it. Welcome to our world.
Yes, they are vampires! They've been so since their debut trailers and continue to delve into it to this day. One of their most recent comebacks, "Bite Me", leans heavily into the vampire aspect. They're actually really committed to their concept and one one of the few groups I've seen that use it in creative and unique ways. They recently did a concept trailer with a professional director that is basically a short film, they acted and did stunts and premiered it in a cinema. Anyway, I digress. They're having a comeback in less than two weeks, July 12th, with their seond full album Romance: Untold, so if you want to check them out again in the near future that'd be a good start :) By the way, the voice you liked at 6:20 is Sunghoon's.

July 12 is their next week comeback and I can’t wait. Enhypen is my ultimate group since I-Land🥰.
