Oh god… It’s never easy to lose such an amazing man. Just like many others, I may have not known him personally, but It almost felt as if we had grown up alongside him. I can’t bear the idea of losing such an incredible, bright-eyed, smiley and incredibly fun person. Every moment with him in the videos were some of the most wholesome things I’ve ever witnessed. It sounds weird, but your Grandpa gave me faith and optimism in growing older, knowing that I can still be myself throughout it and enjoy the things some people would say are too childish, just as he did. It couldn’t be harder to hear the news, and I just hope that things get easier from here. Though things will never be the same again. At the very least we have all these videos to remember him by. I know how you feel I was raised by my grandmother. we were very close as well. Your grandpa always seemed very proud of you.

You never really realise quite how many great memories you have with them until they are gone. It's so great that you were so close with him and spent so much quality time together
