You know... you dont have to make Master of Keys a mill deck. Blue already has a lot of cards that discards... so you just run stuff like frantic search, ditch enchantments and then just play them afterward. That card is honestly an underated commander. Espevially with all the flash enchantments we got recently
I pre ordered this pre con deck snd I am excited to get it so i can upgrade it. I bought three Blame Game precon recently just to get my hands on Smugglers share, ghostly prison, and the Trouble in Pairs cards to put into this deck. I still need to get the other enchantment cards I need plus the artifacts I need and the three talisman mana rocks I need and other creatures I need. Plus sorcerycand Instants I need. It's going to be sick after I'm done upgrading it. Plus I got a foil secret lair of Aminatou the Fat Shifter to put in this deck. I'm so excited, it's going to be awesome 😀😀😀😀😀😀 And on a side note, I will probably build a enchantment Reanimator Deck around the back up commander The Master of Keys.
I would rather put Notion Thief in than Alms Collector. Both 4 drops with flash, but you potentially get more cards and shut off opponent's extra draws altogether.
Alms collector has a better toughness, so it might stick around longer, but I would rather run Notion Thief to draw off my opponents attempts at card draw. Alms will only work on things that draw multiple cards activation, so it can be played around more easily, and still let's them draw at least one. Notion Thief meanwhile shuts down anything other than their one normal draw and can give you tons of advantage
Portent is better than both consider and curate in this deck for the reasons you’ve added them. I think you’ve miss read the card. It digs deeper than both of them, allows miracles on the opponents turns, and is only 1 mana.
I wonder if we can combine some of the cards from Karlov Manor with this deck, such as clues and second-draw triggers? And if budget allows, Jace, the Mind Sculptor is awesome with repeat library arrangement.

And very die mportant....you need many colourfull Mana....Take a Look to the right artifacts and Lands....and also some 2 Drops with any color Mana.
If you force Card Draw in such massive way, underworld Dreams (three black IS heavy) IS also nice...
