@torydelury Very nice video about Jackery improvements. I'm considering them (just started my research). Saw some of you others videos also and just subscribed to your channel. Keep up the good work.
Thanks for the video!! :) I have a question. I’m thinking about buying the same battery, but if I’m just going to use it once in a while, do you think it’s worth it or would I be messing up the internal batteries? Thanks
I have the Bluetti AC50B: It didn't come with the 12V AC adapter. I had to purchase that separately as well. I think these guys deliberately don't provide car adapter power cables to keep you buying things. Ironically, my Bluetti did ship with cables to charge the solar panels, that Bluetti sells. Convenient.
At the time I am writing this there is a $400 (33%) price difference between the two, so right now the bang for your buck award may go to the v2. Less impressive specs., but the v2 is a better fit for what I need so I grabbed one, with the 200-watt solar panel, while the kit it is on sale. Cost me $100 less for the v2 and solar panel than a standalone Explorer 1000 Plus model. Also, besides the cost savings, when compared to the Plus model the v2 has lower weight and a more compact size. The Plus model has a 18% larger battery capacity, 2,000 Watt inverter, is expandable with the Jackery add-on battery packs, and can accept up to 800 Watts of DC solar input. v2, has 1,500 Watt inverter, is not expandable, and is limited to 400 Watts of solar. Depends on which features are important to you, I guess.
Hi! I have the same pink fridge as you! What battery do you use to be able to run your fridge 24/7 and can you run other things off of it at the same time? Its all been a bit confusing trying to figure out what I need from websites.
I’ve read every comment to try to decide whether to buy the jackery 1000v2. Right now oct 17th I can get the Bluetti ac180 for 380.00 because of a late delivery issue or I can cancel my order and use the jackery $40 off coupon on amazon for the 1000v2 which would be 460.00. I am so torn because I would prefer the lighter weight of the jackery yet I would have to buy an adapter to use my bluetti 200 watt panels on the jackery. I can not find which unit uses more power just being on both on ac or dc which would be a consideration and if either one stays on when a car fridge is not drawing power. If anyone knows these things, I’d greatly appreciate the answer. Also at the quoted prices which unit do you think would be the most beneficial. I already own 1 ac180 and it’s a good unit just don’t know if the jackery would be better?
@@LoveRise I have another video directly comparing them in a chart if that’s helpful :) I noticed this week that the V2 lags when running my miter saw which is sad because my other power stations don’t do that, But i’d recommend even just skipping ahead in my other video to the chart at the end that compares the Bluetti and Jackery directly :)
