    最近はガーデニング(池を含む)作業で腰を酷使しています_(:3」z)_
    GWも明け、ビックプロジェクトも遂行中。

      BGMとしても聴き心地良いので楽しませていただいてます。ビッグプロジェクトってもしかして池関連ですか?藻等を掃除してくれるメダカ類の飼育なんかが考えられるけど。物の持ち上げ方でも腰痛改善される事があるのでキツい様でしたら検索してみてください。お大事に。

    Beautiful work! I held my breath when you got those loose shirt sleeve cuffs so close to the table saw. That creates a high risk of the fabric being caught in the blade and pulling your arm into the saw. Push sticks and push blocks!

    Nice. I am figuring that having quarter sawn lumber is critical for keeping a some what flat surface when figuring for seasonal movement.

    I don't see how you can plane on a rickety bench like that. It would drive me nuts. A great deal of your planing power goes into moving the bench.

    Beautiful job. I love how portable this table will be. But, I’m worried about your fingers and sleeves when using the table saw. Great project. It’s now on my list of projects for the winter.

    Nice. How wide is the Doug Fir top? Ive got some nice v tight grain White Oak id like to use...mainly because its available and in approx size of 11" wide, 6/4.

    7:08 - I don't think I've ever seen someone put their fingers that close to a table saw blade before. Made me jump.

      Do not be silly. Cutting that close to any moving blade has its risks and at some point a person will make a mistake.

      頻度高く叩くところなので硬い木、掛け台のデザイン性も考慮して濃い色である黒檀をチョイスしました(*^^)v
      今回使用した黒檀はざっと800円分。高価なものなので加工には一層気合が入りましたね・・・

      The wood is something soft and strait grained. If the wood is difficult, Japanese planes fail. The modern metal plane is far superior.

    Cool video. The Japanese hand planes work on the pull stroke unlike the western planes which plane on the push. IDE like to get a Japanese hand plane but have no clue what to look for. What brand do you use and can I get them shipped to the states?

      Lots of places in the USA you can buy a decent Japanese plane. Not top of the line but good enough to get started. The secret is really all in the setup. Look up Samurai Carpenter and lemongrasspicker here on youtube. You can even get a decent Japanese plane off Amazon.
