      There were 2 generations of my kids in the video… my two adult sons and 2 of my grandsons. My sons are now 37 & 40 years old and my grandsons are now 13 and 16. In fact my oldest grandson just got his drivers license now is loose on the road.
      Both my sons in my all my grand children have worked with me in the rock and I do enjoy teaching them but they’re not so big on making it a career as I have done.

    I was hoping you'd cover cleaning of the rock face. I want to mold climbing holds from nature, but I can't be spraying sealant and leaving it, ruining the route. Do you have any alternatives that would leave the rock face pristine as found?

      You can use a vegetable oil for a release instead of the sealer that I did I would work fine

    I'm trying to learn how to make the rocks and panels to fashion and build a waterfall water feature in my front yard. I cannot afford all the rock to build what i want. This looks like it could be done even by someone small like me. Are you actually LIVING in Oregon, and if so, would you personally teach someone how to make panels and rocks?

    Hi, I really want to learn more about the panel molding process. Where can I buy this training? I'm from Canada, would be interested in your "DVD" version. It's for a one time DIY waterfall project. Is it worth making my own molds or should I buy these molds somewhere from you? Thanks for sharing your knowledge.

    For some reason I did not catch onto what the final rock casting material was. You mention a cement pump,but what kind of cement is it,and where can I get it?

    • @fauxrock
      @fauxrock  4 года назад

      We use a proprietary fiber reinforced cement composite.
      As far as the cement pump we have it was made by a company who is no longer is in business called exlent pumps, the pump is call “ dominator”. It is a peristaltic type pump.
      There are tons of different manufactured pumps just got a find the right one for your what your application is.

If you want a gecko I breed gargoyles and would trade for a rock panel like this 24x48inch lol 😭

      Making rock using a mold, is only but one of 12 different methods that you can use to create the rock effect… dig a little deeper you’ll figure it out without the panel. Thanks very much for watching my video.

      It varies as to the application that is being served...

    • @fauxrock

      Most rock can be made without any acrylic, but some jobs require more strength and water resistance which will require the Acrylic admixture
