You can hear additional harmonies in the chorus that aren't Ryan singing "get up, get up so we can finish this" on Chad's "Fall" and "War", not sung by the drummer so there's proof instantly that there's a backing track. Ryan's vocals are pitch corrected to hell, it sounds like synthesiser. They would have performed it live and it would have been edited for TV release. Get over it.

Yes it is a Gibson Flying V guitar that Ryan and his guitar tech made. All the guitars that Ryan play and I think Chad play on tour they just get the guitars from Gibson with all the knobs and pickups drilled out and then they put all of hardware in it that Chad and Ryan like to use and do other customization themselves with there guitar techs.

I think its a Gibson Flying V that is handmade modified. Headstock is the same as Gibson. And he plays many gibsons in other shows.
