Chullu Kabab with Butter Rice Written Recipe :
Ingredients:
Chicken mince ½ kg
Onion paste 2
Rice 4 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Green chili ( chopped) 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Coriander leaves (chopped) 1 tsp
Egg 1
Salt ½ tsp
Butter 100 gm
Rice (boiled) ½ kg
Oil as required
Method:
In a chopper add chicken mince and blend well. Add onion, rice, butter, red chili powder, crushed green chilies, ginger garlic paste, egg, green coriander, and salt and mix well. Give shapes of kabab. Heat oil fry kabab or pierce on skewers. Remove rice in a dish then place kabab and tomatoes.
