Wow what an exciting life! To me the Haslams are racing royalty, just like the Mackenzies, and such a smart guy, but the acorn don't fall far from the tree.I could listen to their stories all day! Dom and Chrissy you did it again.
Cracking Podcast lads, probably the best so far, nice to Dom a little more restrained, keep it like that and I can see you getting lots more subscriber. Fantastic job.
Can't believe this fitness balls...... Bruce Anstey.... World's best motorcycle rider bar none....... He doesn't even warm up.... No social media.... No podcast.... Beat cancer how many times now...... Anyway choice between this and BBC NO CONTEST....... Keep up the good work chaps
Well guys you've done it again that was such an informative and interesting interview great viewing the mind set of you guys who race never ceases to amaze me it's obviously an all consuming passion . I am the same age as Ron and I always remember watching him on the Pharaohs Yamaha . Cheers : )
Please please ask the guests more about their bike experience, it is so interesting to hear about what models they like and what expierence they have with stock models, mega content thanks :)
Good one lads. Pity you missed an answer on the patreon question about what bikes he got to keep. I think that's a great question for every guest you get on. Always ask what they've got stashed! Maybe start asking for a peek in the barn at the hidden race treasure?
great interview as always, really enjoying the series. long may it continue. congrats to chrissy with last years result and big respect to dom with his TT progression, never realised dom was knocking on a 130, i couldn't get near a 30 average round there lol. stay safe guys.
11.45 saying about que riders asking him for advise (his dad) course I would but defo wouldn’t mind Leon think sound lad carries it well that Ron’s his dad defo get my money to have teach me on the track for the day full respect for him 👍🏼👊🏼
Mallory late October 1997 I step out of an old Bedford motorhome (ex ambulance) in the paddock car park and some little fella on a small bike nearly runs me over.. Yes, It was leon.
What is the range of statistics you have collected over the timespan the podcast has been running, and how are you able to use them for ongoing marketing for the show? I'd like to see them published along with the introductory info in this section. Are you up for suggestions for riders to interview or areas of investigation to do with bikes in general.
Loved this one!
Thanks Taylor
Imagine being able to say your dad is Neil MacKenzie.

Brilliant again. I love watching these guys in a relaxed environment as it shows them in a light we rarely get to see.

Great interview. 👍
I'll always remember going to the ron haslam race school and sat chatting to karl harris at lunch. Amazing day.
I sidecar passengered with Ron in the 80s. He always said that Leon would be better.
