    I can’t wait to try these! Finally vegan hot links!!!!! Just wanted to suggest wrapping the links in parchment paper then foil to keep the aluminum from seeping into the links! Thanks so much for this recipe!!

    BTW I used Hatch whole green chilies in a can . Yr recipe is amazing ! Also I can't have tofu so I used cannellini beans .

    I just made these today & they are wonderful . I did taste but put them in fridge . A little confused abt this ...do you put them in the oven & baste w BBQ sause even if u are not putting a wrap on them ?

      Yes, you can baste then in the oven to reheat and brush bbq sauce on them.

    Great recipe! Thank you. At what point can I put these on the bbq? After wrapping but before the bbq sauce?

      You’re welcome! I would recommend not wrapping if you’re barbecuing them. I think the tapioca or rice paper would stick to the grill. You can simply bbq them and add the bbq sauce as needed. 😊

    Looks delicious! Could make these omitting the peppers and chili flakes? Or how can I make these sweet sausage instead of hot?

      I have a recipe for breakfast sausages too. I used maple syrup to sweeten them. I’ll be making an apple sausage recipe video soon 😊

    If I can’t find Chile Guajillo, what can I sub it with? Or would this recipe have to be a skip for me? :(

      Any dry Chile like Chile California or Chile New Mexico will work just fine 😊
