in STEEP, on the alps map, if you drop at the rifugio teodulo, you can see some wood cottages. You can walk towards the houses and there will be a snowman sort of inbetween the two houses. If you walk into then the snowman will be destroyed and get kind of a jack o lantern type head. Not sure what it is a reference to, but It is still quite a cool detail.

It’s the only Sheikah stone in the game that has a special animation, at least that I’m aware of. I was going to search through your videos to make sure wether or not you’ve already covered this little hidden detail, but you have almost 100 of these episodes so I figured I would just point this out and you can use it if you haven’t already. I found a Easter egg/detail in Solar Smash, when using the block world planet and then equipping the bomb ( the ones that look like a grey basketball with blue strips) when you click the planet to use it the bombs, they (the bombs) will look like Minecraft TNT blocks (to unlock then block world planet, you need to use the green Regeneration missiles on the block earth then reset the planet
In road 96 you can help some thieves break into a taxi service building and climb into a vent but if you turn around and walk back toward the thieves one will react to you walking away from the objective and point back to where you need to go
In a platform fighting game called Rivals of Aether, one of the stages has statues with some kind of cloth (like a table cloth) on the base of them that's always ruffling in the wind. If someone parries an attack or gets launched into the blast zone, the resulting explosion will cause the cloths to ruffle a lot faster for a moment, which is impressive because it's a 2D game.
In Far Cry 5, when first arresting Joseph Seed and walking him to the helicopter, you get a side view from behind him of his sunglasses. If you pay attention that field of view on the screen is actually the same color as his sunglasses as if you were looking through the lens. Small but good detail!
While I never played disco alysium i do know of one easter egg in which you awake with a hangover like you said but if you turn on the lights you will take damage because in real life you will get a serious migraine if you are exposed to bright lights after a hangover (or something like that)

I’m not sure if this is a detail or glitch but when I used detective mode (in Batman Arkham knight) after taking down Johnny charisma (and he is unconscious) it says that there is an unarmed enemy and the only other character is robin, soon after robin will lock you up and you can counter and such. Agains I’m not sure if Johnny is actually conscious or if it’s a glitch but still cool.

Disco Elysium was the first time I had ever played a game like it, and man was it memorable. The atmosphere and dialogue were so on point.

I found a Easter egg/detail in Solar Smash, when using the block world planet and then equipping the bomb ( the ones that look like a grey basketball with blue strips) when you click the planet to use it the bombs, they (the bombs) will look like Minecraft TNT blocks (to unlock then block world planet, you need to use the green Regeneration missiles on the block earth then reset the planet

In a platform fighting game called Rivals of Aether, one of the stages has statues with some kind of cloth (like a table cloth) on the base of them that's always ruffling in the wind. If someone parries an attack or gets launched into the blast zone, the resulting explosion will cause the cloths to ruffle a lot faster for a moment, which is impressive because it's a 2D game.

i have played ac odyssey and uncovered a easter egg near a mountain giving a nod to getting over it i do not know where the easter egg is located but this was around 2 to 3 years ago and i found it just by roaming around the unexplored areas.
Edit: the mountain is called (mountain temple of poseidon)

I’m not sure if this is a detail or glitch but when I used detective mode (in Batman Arkham knight) after taking down Johnny charisma (and he is unconscious) it says that there is an unarmed enemy and the only other character is robin, soon after robin will lock you up and you can counter and such. Agains I’m not sure if Johnny is actually conscious or if it’s a glitch but still cool.
I found an Easter egg on Kingdom rush frontiers TD if you check the names of the assassin's you can find Ezio and Desmond from Assassin's Creed it takes a while though
