This is hands down, the hardest part of the entire game. All the Tediz' kill you in one hit, and you can take them out too, but it's better to just run for it instead. Just a reminder; company that made Battletoads ladies and Gentleman. Hope you saved those extra lives.
@Overbite I'm fully aware; that's the tactic I ultimately ended up finding to be the most effective way; unfortunately, it has a major flaw. If you sprint directly around the fences; some Tediz will spawn instantly with a direct line of sight to you; which means they will fire instantly, and gib you about 90% of the time. The leg it strategy will only work if you take all the turns super sharp; and keep jumping like a maniac.
i fucking loved the intensity of this part of the level, i wasnt easy accesible on the chapters menu so to play it over and over you had to get good at the whole countdown phase, and then this shit hits you with the deadliest run of the game. Beautifully put together
Fun fact: This theme is a military remix of the main boss theme (the one you hear when fighting Haybot's first form, Big Boiler and the wasp horde). =)
@@psychie8625 Didn't expect the 5 year late reply, but yes. You may not notice it at first because the first piece of the music remixes the second round of the standard boss theme before remixing the first. This part of the game is so d*** hard!! If only the Tediz didn't kill you in one hit! Just one hit and your screwed! It does make sense that their bazookas kill you in one hit though because your bazooka kills them in one hit, so that's fair enough.
When u get around the first gate an effective strategy is to get in the middle of those metal poles where your safe from the bazooka shots as long as your positioned in between them right and occasionally poke out and take them out 1 by 1 when u have the opening
i still remember one time: i killed a bunch of them, then several appeared near the exit, so i just jumped frantically toward the exit... and a near miss sent me over the finish line BACKWARDS!
I glitched the game out so bad at this part. Right when I crossed the at the end, a Tedi killed me. I spawned back at the dock where the boat was with no cutscene, and I was like, "Wtf, did I make it?" Not quite, the windmill was destroyed, but the weasel wasnt there nor Rodent, and when I went to a different world and came back, the windmill was fine. Everytime I used the metal door, it literally slowly floated away making the sound like it was opening. I couldnt beat the game and had to start completely over. This glitch was so bad it sounds made up, but I couldnt make that up even if I tried. I wonder if anyone had the same bad luck I had. :/
well that beats my glitch, i once was having fun playing in an emulator with savestates at the beach escape, basically i made every teddy appear without killing them and then levitated back to the beginning of the escape (i had fun challenging myself by escaping with every teddy firing at me at the same time) and one time i got to the boat and got killed at the same time, just like you did, but in my case the cutscene started playing while the black screen with the circle in the middle appeared, so the whole cutscene kept playing while a black screen with the circle showed only conker, despite not being in the middle of the screen since conker doesn't always appear in the middle of cutscenes. And well i don't really remember what happened next but i think i respawned at the dock, but i never went to check the windmill or anything because i was not trying to complete the game, i was only having fun with the teddies, so it's possible that i got the same glitch that you did, only that the cutscene played instead. I tried to recreate the glitch many times with savestates but gave up after some time
This was the most unfair thing I’ve seen in a game in a long time. I was yelling at the TV because 99% of the deaths weren’t my fault. I managed to get past the end only by spamming jump and running for my life, praying I’d hit the trigger for the cutscene before I became a plate of roast squirrel.
Jump. Run. Do that helicopter-tail-thing... Do not waste time with the tediz! You don't die in one hit. Only if they hit you directly. This is just pure random :D

I've found that you have JUST enough time to aim at and destroy the Tediz as they come out.
Actually if they miss.you a little bit you can just take splash damage
Sometimes they shoot each other

I found the big boss Tedi room the hardest.
This part was so damn hard, it was practically a miracle that I was able to complete it! It had awesome music, though.

once i had 10 seconds? and then i killed the last tedi and escaped with 1 second left and then rodent had 5 seconds and i laughed
StupidBlueKid you have a good life
StupidBlueKid lol
Only had 10 seconds? What were you doing?
Psychie The Hedgehog I think he was killing the Tediz because he said he killed the “last” tedi (making it clear he was killing tediz on the way)

Here's some advice to anyone who somehow hasn't played the game yet.
Don't focus on the Tediz, JUST RUN.
Thanks ,but was pretty hard

Sounds so much like Jet Force Gemini
Yeah, this music always think of Jet Force Gemini when I was 9 year old kid since 2003.
Well Robin Beanland did compose both Conker's Bad Fur Day and Jet Force Gemini.
One gamepad and a window pane died during this section.
i was a jumpin maniac on this part lol.
The remake lets you just use the sub-machine gun instead of the slow rocket launcher
I dunno why, but I feel like this sounds like the original superman theme. At least in the beginning.

This theme is very epic but nobody hears it that way
Why does Rogue One: A Star Wars Story remind me of this?
Comments telling me to jump like hell to the boat, but those Tediz use aimbot.
